ANTAIOS New Engine Test Bench Successfully Commissioned And Put Into Operation.

Today, after one month of installation and commissioning, the new engine test bench at ANTAIOS has been successfully put into operation.

This test bench is equipped with a new eddy current dynamometer, increasing the testing capacity to 1,500 kW. It is capable of testing large-displacement diesel engines such as the CUMMINS M11, N14 (N855), K19, K38, and K50 series. This significantly enhances ANTAIOS’s product quality control capabilities.

ANTAIOS strictly follows diesel engine production and testing standards. After assembly, every ANTAIOS engine undergoes professional test bench procedures based on the technical agreement and required performance parameters.

Compared with other competitors, ANTAIOS test bench procedures offer more complete testing data, reliable data sources, strict process control, and full traceability of both the testing process and results. In addition to standard engine output performance tests, we can also measure five major exhaust emission indicators, including NOx, CO, HC, and smoke opacity.
